No, it is a non-smoking building.

Yes, the garage has space for a bicycle so it will stay dry.
- Are there parking spaces available?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available.
- Are animals allowed in the apartments?
No, unfortunately not.
- What is the nearest train station?
Lauterach is the nearest train station of the Austrian Railways, just a 9-minute walk 750 metres away.
- Is there a takeaway or food delivery service nearby?
Yes, various local restaurants will deliver food: lieferservice.at
- Is there an elevator?
There is no elevator in the appartment house. All appartments are situated on the ground or on the second floor.
