No, it is a non-smoking building.
Do you have covered bicycle parking?
Yes, the garage has space for a bicycle so it will stay dry.
Are there parking spaces available?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available.
Are animals allowed in the apartments?
No, unfortunately not.
What is the nearest train station?
Lauterach is the nearest train station of the Austrian Railways, just a 9-minute walk 750 metres away.
Is there a takeaway or food delivery service nearby?
Yes, various local restaurants will deliver food: lieferservice.at
Is there an elevator?
There is no elevator in the appartment house. All appartments are situated on the ground or on the second floor.
Is there air conditioning?
Apartments 1 - 6 have air conditioning.
